Manage your restaurant's basic information and system-wide settings.

Basic Information

Update your restaurant's core details:

  • Restaurant Name — Displayed to guests on the menu
  • Restaurant Type — Restaurant, Bar, or Cafe
  • Address — Street, city, ZIP, country
  • Phone Number — Contact for guests

URL address (slug)

You can also see your restaurant URL address (slug) in settings, but it’s read-only (you can’t edit it manually).

Upload and crop a logo that appears on customer-facing pages and QR codes.

  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF
  • Maximum file size: 10MB
  • Image is automatically converted to WebP and resized to 400×400px

Buttons

  • Save — saves changes in this section (e.g. name, address, phone).

General System Settings

Orders Board Layout

Choose how many columns to display on the orders board:

  • 4 Columns — All statuses (New, Preparing, Ready, Delivered)
  • 3 Columns — New, Preparing, Delivered
  • 2 Columns — New, Delivered

POS Print (Thermer)

Enable printing to a POS thermal printer via the Thermer app (Android only).

  • When enabled, some screens will show an extra POS print option for faster printing.

Geofenced Ordering

Require guests to be within a set radius of your restaurant to place orders. This prevents orders from people who aren't physically present.

When geofence is enabled:

  • set the radius (e.g. 50 m)
  • choose the center point on the map (usually your venue’s location)

Use current location will use your device’s GPS location as the center point.

Danger Zone

  • Delete Restaurant — Permanently deletes the restaurant and all associated data (tables, zones, menu, orders). This action cannot be undone.
