Managing Reservations

The reservations page gives you a complete overview of all your table reservations. Use filters to quickly find what you need and manage reservations efficiently.

Reservations List

All reservations are displayed as cards showing:

  • Guest name — Who the reservation is for
  • Date & time — When the reservation is scheduled
  • Number of guests — How many people are expected
  • Assigned tables — Which table(s) are reserved
  • Notes — Any special requests (if provided)

Reservations are sorted by date and time, with the nearest upcoming reservation shown first.

Filtering Reservations

Use the filter tabs at the top of the page to quickly narrow down the view:

PastCompleted or past reservations

Deleting a Reservation

  1. Find the reservation in the list
  2. Click the Delete button on the reservation card
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm
  4. Click Confirm to permanently delete the reservation

Warning: Deleting a reservation is permanent and cannot be undone. The assigned tables will become available again immediately.

Tips for Efficient Management

  • Check reservations at the start of each shift to prepare tables in advance
  • Use notes to communicate special setup requirements to the team
  • Assign multiple tables for large groups to ensure enough seating
  • Review upcoming reservations at the beginning of each day to plan staffing
