Reservations Overview
tableQ allows your staff to manage table reservations directly from the staff dashboard. You can create, edit, and delete reservations — all from one place.
Key Features
- Single or multi-table reservations — Assign one or more tables to a reservation, ideal for larger groups
- Date & time scheduling — Set the exact date and time for each reservation
- Guest count tracking — Record how many guests are expected
- Notes for special requests — Add notes for allergies, celebrations, or other preferences
- Quick filtering — View reservations by today, tomorrow, this week, or all upcoming
How It Works
- Open the Reservations page from the staff sidebar
- Click "New Reservation" to open the reservation form
- Fill in the details — guest name, number of guests, date & time, select table(s), and optional notes
- Save the reservation — it appears immediately in the reservations list
- Edit or delete reservations at any time
