Terms of Service for tableQ
1. Basic provisions
These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between the tableQ SaaS provider (the “service”) and every subscribing restaurant, bar or café.

2. Service definition
tableQ is an online ordering and table management platform for hospitality venues. It covers zone and table management, QR codes, guest ordering, subscription management and operates entirely online.
3. Contract formation
A contract is established once the user registers, accepts these terms and, where applicable, pays the selected subscription plan.
4. Pricing and payments
Current pricing is listed on tableQ.app. Paid tiers are charged through an external payment gateway (including invoices and VAT). Free plans may use the service within the described limits.
5. User rights and obligations
- Use the service in line with its intended purpose and these terms
- Do not misuse the platform for illegal or dishonest activity
- Enter accurate data during registration
- Maintain up-to-date contact details
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
6. Provider rights and obligations
- Deliver the service according to the published technical specification
- Maintain data and infrastructure security
- Reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with prior notice
- Temporarily restrict or terminate an account if misuse is suspected
7. Liability and claims
- The provider is not liable for damages caused by necessary maintenance, security interventions or force majeure
- Report incidents to info@tableq.app; we respond within 30 days
- The service is provided “as is” without guaranteeing 100% availability
8. Term and termination
- Contracts are concluded for an indefinite period
- A user may delete their account at any time; data is securely deleted except for statutory retention
- The 14-day withdrawal right applies only to the first paid subscription if the service has not been fully used
- Once digital services are delivered in full, the withdrawal right expires
9. Personal data protection
Details about processing personal data are described in the separate Privacy Policy published on tableQ.app.
10. Final provisions
- Unregulated relationships follow the laws of the Slovak Republic
- Disputes fall under the competent court at the provider’s registered seat
- The provider may amend these terms and must inform users of any changes
- These terms take effect on the date of publication
