• Providing the SaaS ordering service, account management, communications
• Managing and billing subscriptions solely via an external payment gateway
• Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligations

• We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by Slovak/EU authorities
• Payment data is handled only by the payment gateway within the EU

5. Location of processing

All personal data is processed and stored exclusively within EU/EEA countries.

6. Data retention

We retain data for the duration of the contract and according to applicable accounting laws (up to 10 years) before securely deleting it.

You may exercise the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to file a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
