As a user you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Submit requests to info@tableq.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Right of access – know which personal data we process
Right to rectification – correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – request deletion when the purpose no longer applies or consent is withdrawn
Right to restriction – request limited processing in specific situations
Right to data portability – request a structured, machine-readable export
Right to object – oppose processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing
Right to withdraw consent at any time

Providing the tableQ ordering service, account management, communication, contract performance and statutory duties (e.g., invoicing).

We do not share data with third parties except when required by law. Payment/facturation data is handled by an EU-based payment gateway.

We do not profile users or run automated decision-making.

Data is stored for the lifetime of the contract and up to 10 years afterwards if required by accounting laws.

Only technical cookies are used; no marketing or tracking cookies are set.
